Attending cons like Armadillocon gives me opportunity to meet people — both readers and other vendors. This last time I met people who pointed me to more events that I hadn’t heard of before, so I’ve just been browsing the websites and registering to attend some more events that had been off my radar screen, like the Ark-La-Tex ComicCon in Texarkana and the Rose City ComicCon in Tyler Texas.
Back in the old days when I was first discovering the conventions, two or three events was a good year, now it seems there’s two or three event each and every week, if you have the stamina. If you have a favorite, please contact me (it’s under the About Menu) and let me know.
